What materials are used for your steel frame constructions?

Our steel frames are made from Q235, Q355, and Q700 high-strength structural steels, fabricated through precision cutting, automated welding, and stamping processes.
Optional surface finishes include hot-dip galvanizing or zinc–aluminum–magnesium coating, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and durability that meet EN and AS/NZS standards.

What types of buildings can your steel frames be used for?

Our steel frame systems are adaptable for a wide range of projects, including:

  • Industrial warehouses and logistics hubs

  • Prefabricated factories and workshops

  • Commercial and retail buildings

  • Agricultural sheds, canopies, and mezzanine structures

We provide both standard modular frames and custom-engineered designs to suit each region’s building codes.

Do you provide structural design or shop drawings?

Yes. Our engineering team supports clients with detailed fabrication and assembly drawings based on your architectural plans.
We can design according to EN 1090, AS 4100, or other local standards, ensuring precise connection details and efficient installation.

What surface finishing options are available?

We offer several finishing systems based on environmental conditions:

  • Hot-dip galvanizing for maximum corrosion resistance

  • Zinc–Al–Mg coating for long-term anti-rust performance

  • Primer + epoxy paint systems for inland and moderate climates

Each treatment is tested for coating thickness and adhesion.

What is your typical production and delivery time?

Standard production takes 30–45 days after drawing approval.
Lead time varies depending on structure complexity and quantity, and partial shipments can be arranged to meet construction schedules.

Can you export steel frame constructions globally?

Yes. We have extensive export experience to Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
Our export packing is seaworthy and labeled by section type, ensuring safe arrival and easy on-site assembly.
